SB-912-029UL and SB-914-018UL, Checking of the Crankcase
The bulletins cover checking of the crankcase for cracks (especially in the area of cylinder No 1 upper side, between cylinder 1 and 3 upper side and cylinder 4 lower side.(classified by Rotax as Mandatory). They have been advised to the AUF through the Rotax automatic advice system.
For the certificated versions of the 912 and 914, the bulletins are on the same piece of paper, but have different bulletin numbers for each type in the heading as in the links above. The UL versions are covered similarly on a separate one page sheet advising serial number applicability, but this sheet refers back to the certificated version of the bulletin for action details.
If you have any further queries, call Bert Flood Imports on 03 9735 5699 or your local Rotax distributor
