Viewers can access a basic location list (extracted from the RA-Aus data base as a PDF document) with CFI names and telephone contacts, for the 161 RA-Aus approved Flight Training Facilities with their base locations. In addition there are usually 8–12 satellite FTFs — shown on that list in italics under the parent school. Another data base extract, also a PDF document, provides mail and email addresses for the FTFs.
(We use the Flight Training Facility term to legally distinguish RA-Aus approved flight schools from those general aviation Flying Schools issued with a CASA Air Operator's Certificate. Some CASA Flying Schools also operate as RA-Aus approved Flight Training Facilities and will appear in the following list.)
